Bev has worked in the kitchen design industry for approximately 20 years and she strives for a close working relationship with her clients.

Margaret Matt-Ho - Sales & Design Consultant

Margaret enjoys creative design, painting and home decoration, for which she has achieved educational qualifications in Interior Design. Coupled with prior work experience in design, Margaret’s passion is “designing dream kitchens at affordable prices for her clients” and being a good listener, she is able to transform her clients’ dreams into reality.

Matthew Lumley - Sales & Design Consultant

Matthew believes that it is with good reason that the kitchen is often referred to as the heart of the home. As such, it is his priority to design a space that reflects both the personality and lifestyle of each of his clients. With Matthew’s background as a professionally trained chef, wine educator and his extensive education within the design and architecture fields, he can interpret your needs and create your dream kitchen at an affordable price.

Karl Hacker - Installer

Karl is a qualified cabinet maker with several years experience in manufacture and installation of kitchens. Installing a new kitchen can be a disruption to your home and whilst this is unavoidable, Karl aims to make the process as hassle free as possible. Karl assists with sales when he has the opportunity and his knowledge from sales to installation makes for an overall welcoming experience.

Rosie Davey-Hicks - Franchise Owner

Rosie is the new owner of the Palmerston North franchise. She is a keen cook and the proud owner of her own Pridex kitchen. As her Pridex kitchen was the fifth one she has had installed she has good knowledge of the process, the thrill of the design process and the frustrations and difficulties that can arise. Her aim is to make the process as enjoyable and easy as possible for all her Pridex clients.

Ryan Blinkhorne - Sales & Installation Manager

Ryan manages the branch and with his strong technical background, he ensures the smooth running of the clients kitchen from design to installation.

Jennielee Pugh - Sales & Design Consultant

Jennilee comes from a background of sales in plumbing. With her move to Palmerston North from Christchurch she sought a new direction in her career. Having always had a strong interest in design and an exceptional customer service orientation she decided to move into kitchen sales and design. She is looking forward to helping her clients achieve their dream of a fantastic, functional, cost-effective kitchen designed with flair.

Andrew Baker - Sales & Design Consultant

Andrew comes from a long line of sales related jobs. He believes that doing a job well results in a delighted client whose expectations he has met or exceeded. Customer relationships and service are key components for Andrew. He is cheerful and enthusiastic and keen to help you design your new Pridex kitchen. Andrew’s skill will guide you through the many decisions that must be made and at the end of the process you will look back and say how easy it was!

Steve Chaning-Pearce - Director

Steve's association with Pridex started with an investment in Pridex in 2004. Steve currently has overall management responsibility. A Chartered Accountant by profession, his current interests include a diverse range of directorships, investments and management positions both privately and in the community.

Gerard Searle - Group Accountant

Gerard joined Pridex in January 2005 as Group Accountant.  A Massey  Business Studies graduate and Chartered Accountant, Gerard has 14 years experience in the Accounting profession plus 4 years experience as the Company Accountant for a manufacturing company in Wellington.  With his experience and qualifications, Gerard forms an integral part of our management team.

Charlie Brans – Transport manager

Charlie, originally from Zimbabwe has 30 years of a diverse range of managerial skills. Charlie currently manages the transport fleet ensuring that customers needs are always served in a timely manner. In doing so, Charlie from time to time operates under considerable pressure to meet deadlines and targets
